Trustees' Report 6. Annual accounts 7. Proposal to amalgamate with Te Paroa Lands Trust 8. Management agreement 9. Waahi tapu access and protection 10. Grants and distributions 11. Development proposals 12. General business The meeting is open to beneficiaries of the trust being those members of Ngati Hikakino and Ngai Te Rangihouhiri II hapu who descend from those individuals named in the schedules to the trust order and who have been registered with the trust. Those schedules refer to the original lists of owners for Matata 100 and Matata 101, the 1922 Petition of Te Hurinui Apanui and the hapu lists of 1938. The trust order is available from the Maori Land Court, Rotorua. The trustees invite registrations from any person who fits the criteria as a beneficiary at any time.
