WILSON John Mahiti (Jack).

Clan Gunn, Ngati Awa.  RNZAF NZ416569 Squadron Leader - Squadron 14; aged 89 years.

`A Kauri has fallen - the forest is hushed and still', passed away at his home `Zarahemla' 103 Symonds Street, Royal Oak, Auckland on Tuesday 16 September 2008.

Son of the late Andrew Wilson and Anahera Akuhata Kingi much loved and cherished husband of Christine and father of Carin, Jenney, Milton, Janina, Virginia, Rua, Antony, Jaitoon, Nicholas, Kristina, Natasha, Hans, Xiao Mei, grandfather of Tulia, Neha, Jessica, Dune, Seth, Rachel, Vanessa, Shane, Rita, Jahaan, Chiaki, Osaka, Marissa, Haitham, Reuben, Gina, Alushia, Ashleigh, DeVante, Tayla, Samantha, Ramon, Darcy, Leonardo, Jamahn, greatgrandfather of Uran, Rion, Luka, Lilia, Lulu. Highly respected rangatira of his large extended whanau/ family.

The `I' that is me - you cannot see - you see only the form that you think is me - this form that you see will not always be but the `I' that is me - lives eternally.
